I am a father to 2 beautiful imaginary barn owls. Am I defying the sanctity of fatherhood by choosing them and not physical humans to be my children?  Grand Old Party has just changed their names to the Grand Old Hypocrisy. Any Republican spouting out about "Family Values" you know is either having affairs, flirting with homosexuality, or stealing money. I cant get married in Virginia but I took me and my wife to canada and we got married there. Our marriage has been the happiest time in my life. same sex couples should be allowed the same legal benefits that the rest of us are. Truth is here in Canada nobody I know (including myself) even cared one way or the other when they announced same sex marriages were being legalized. There are such larger issues to think about. Sanctity...I love when they use that word. I wish biggotted people who claim sanctity of marriage as a reason to prevent gay marriage would just come out with their homophobia and be honost. Its so irritating. |
