		Bush ignores the checks and balances, but it's really Congress that has abandoned its power and duty to keep checks on the executive branch. The outcome is a president that has assumed powers far beyond what he is entitled to hold as president. Congress was asleep at the wheel - now we have a madman who is backed in a corner because of a failing war - i am concerned about the psychology of this man and what he will do next.
